How long does it take to manufacture/process an order?

That depends on a lot of factors; most of our products are made to order and often require multiple processing steps that also require drying time before we can package it up for shipping it can take up to a couple of days. On each product sale page we will list an approximate time frame for manufacturing as a guide. If you have any concerns or would like a more accurate estimate please get in contact with us.

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship with Australia Post and we are based in Canberra, ACT so please check their website for estimated shipping times. We understand you want to get your order as soon as possible and we offer express shipping at an additional cost however please note that this doesn’t mean that we can manufacture your order any quicker, but it does mean that once we ship it out to you it will be there as fast as Australia Post can get it to you.
