International Shipping

We ship international orders using Australia Post’s “International Standard” shipping method. Shipping times vary by country, once we lodge international orders for shipment we have no control over the time they take to arrive at the destination. You can check Australia Post’s website for estimated delivery times by clicking here. Type ‘Canberra ACT 2600’ into the ‘From’ box and your location into the ‘To’ box to get a shipping time frame estimate.

We do not collect customs duties or taxes for international orders, depending on your countries import laws you may be required to pay tax, duty and/or customs fees in order to receive your items. Please check with your local authorities prior to placing an order with us.

95% of international destinations will be sent with a tracked service so you can keep an eye on the progress of your shipment once we send it, some countries do not support a tracked service. We do not place any guarantees on shipping time frames, however if your order was expected to arrive according to Australia Post’s delivery time frame estimator and it has not yet arrived please contact us and we will investigate.
